Loosing weight please help!?

I know i’m not fat, i’m not stupid. I don’t want to become underweight, but i feel i need to loose a few inches. I think over the last few months i have chubbed out slightly, i’m not sure why but i think i have. Here are my measurements:
Height: 5″8
Weight: 55.3 kg (i think…not sure on this one)
Bust: 32 b
Waist: 26 inches
Hips: 34 inches

My idol is Audrey Hepburn, so if i could look like anyone it would be her. I am a dancer, i do ballet, so i do do ballet exercises. But is there any other tips you could give me? Maybe a diet or some exercises?
I’d like to loose inches on my waist and hips, and tone my legs more. I’d also like to loose a few pounds. So, yeah, advice please! Thank you! x

Please, please, please DO NOT DIET.

Diets are complete BS half the time or more. You end up doing some stupid viscous cycle where you’re trapped between losing weight and feeling good, to gaining it all back and more and feeling like absolute crap.
Its wonderful that you’re doing ballet and that will definitely help keep you in shape. I still say do not diet. Just eat healthy, perhaps cut down on the amount of carbs you eat (still eat them though, the appropriate amount of servings) and stick to leaner cut meats and do more cardio to drop extra fat if you really feel it is necessary.

Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height. Although (if you’re a mature adult) this may sound like a pipe dream, I assure you that it is easier than you think! We’ve all been taught that height is mostly out of our control, that it’s largely determined by genetics. I’m here to tell you that there is more to the story. Of course our gene pool has a lot to do with ones height, but it is definitely not the only factor. Your state of emotion, your exercise regimen, the food you eat, and the hours you sleep are all factors in height determination. Click here to read the rest of the article: Free Height Enhancement
