"South Austin, Texas, is actually made up of a number of communities and neighborhoods. Many of them are planned developments or historical, before World War II subdivisions. Some are historical, while others are modern and modern family-oriented. Just consider these communities when opting to buy real estate in South Austin:

* Zilker Park / Barton Hills.
