What to do to lose 77 pounds?

I am a 15 year old boy. I weigh 235 pounds. According to BMI calculators someone my age, weight, height, measuerements and weigh 158 pounds. How can I lose 77 pounds difference in September (basically 4 months.) Are there supplements counter weight loss that can be used along with diet and exercise. Any advice for weight loss are welcome.

I've been through everything and know what it is. The main thing is to stay there. You can not be addicted to food and exercise if you do not want to live a healthy life and maintain weight.
