Please identify this antique table / cabinet?

Please tell me what is called the subject. Is the desk height and the size of a large bed side table when closed. When opened, a platform on which is a serving tray, elevated upto the level of the open leaves. It's beautiful, and I think that is a table to display plants or flowers. I may be wrong, if so, praise be to all who really know!
