what is with these online "calculators calories burned?"?
Why the hell has my elliptical machine (after 35 minutes of intense training) say they have burned 212 calories (it does not ask for weight or height or anything), but these calories burned calculators online, said that since it weighs 118 pounds and did for 35 minutes I burned 335 calories! That's a huge difference! Who is right and how do I know Iv'e how many calories burned? Thank you and God bless
Because the machine is not asked about her weight and height, is calculated as follows: entered into your system. Since the average person should weigh like 150 pounds, which is what the calorie burn is directed towards. Additionally, the machine does not need to take into account muscle and intensity. The calorie calculator is probably more accurate.
