How do I assign a keyboard shortcut in Leopard that causes a menu item that is many layers deep?

Hi-I would like to assign Keyboard function for Excel 2008 menu item that lets you change the width and height of the cell through a dialog box. This command is Format> Row> Height. How do I assign a keyboard shortcut to use this command System Preferences Keyboard Shortcuts?
