Misleading military recruiting?
Many of the ads show the armed forces, like flying fighter planes and other cool stuff. However, becoming a fighter pilot, Navy SEAL or a member of the elite of the armed forces of others is a remote possibility. For example, to become a fighter pilot must have 1. physical requirements of 20/20 vision, no minor health problems (mummurs heart disease, diabetes, etc.) from a certain height. Can not be too tall to be a pilot or serve on a submarine 2. not be an enlisted officer. This means a college degree is required 3. accept and approve the program fighters realize that there are very few fighters (only about 22 bombers, B-2), submarines, etc. Therefore, the opportunities are very limited.
