fundal height! ?

ok I'm 19 weeks and 1 day … How can I measre my fundal height? My uterus is already well above my navel …. When should it be?

Your fundal height is measured from the pubic symphysis (pubic bone) to the top of the uterus, also known as your eye. You can take a tape measure as the use of seamstresses and measure the bone and try to feel on top of your uterus and that is how it is measured, now that almost 20 weeks for your eye should be about level with your navel.

Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height.
