Fundal height was 3 to 4 weeks? Normal?

My fundal height is off by 3 to 4 weeks larger. At 13 weeks measured 17 weeks, now at 21 weeks I'm measuring 24-25 weeks. Is this normal? The ultrasound said the baby was a little small, but do it well. Could my placenta is extended or something. BTW Why am I so Grande. "No twins. My doctor and thought that too. She has found three heartbeats, mine, by 140 and 180, but ultrasound showed only a small child. Thank you!

I am the same. At 21 weeks I was measuring at 24. At 24 weeks I was measured at 26 and 29 weeks I was measuring at 33. I have a doctor's appointment next week and I'll be 33 weeks, so it will be interesting to see extent then …. Eeek.
