growing taller meditation

I am 16 years and 3 months old and 6'1 and I make sure I'm going to grow at least 4 inches … How can I do this?
My Dad's 5'9, 5'6 of my mother. My concern is because of athletics (height means a lot in sport) and I'm not sure I can rely on genetics. I'm the tallest of all my family (extended as well). I never received my full facial hair yet, so I'm assuming that still grow at least some. I lift weights and I've heard things like weightlifting growth can maneuver, although I have read any conclusive information on this. It seems possible, because it serves pressure on the spine. I would be very high. Julius Irving went from 6'1 to 6'6 at my age to 25 so use that as an inspiration, but this is just their genes. Question … How can I, by physical means (stretching, meditation, visualization … anything!), Maximizing the potential my height?
I guess I play basketball. The weightlifting entirely correct. My friend wanted to be like California governor, Arnold S. and lifting weight began to hundreds of pounds. If you lift weights, lift light and have more representatives. I play indoor and beach volleyball and I'm 6'3, I did and totally works, I'm 25 like Irving. When I was your age I was 6 feet. So grew slowly inches. When I was 22 I peak at 6'3. A thing to do is continue the exercise. Do what you've always been doing, and eating beef would not otherwise continue to grow (This is why vegetarians are generally not are high!) continue to grow!

Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height. Although (if you’re a mature adult) this may sound like a pipe dream, I assure you that it is easier than you think! We’ve all been taught that height is mostly out of our control, that it’s largely determined by genetics. I’m here to tell you that there is more to the story. Of course our gene pool has a lot to do with ones height, but it is definitely not the only factor.
