Make bath office should be consistent with the ADA?

We have an office, bathrooms not share with anyone, and our bathroom is not public. We are in a historic building and although the city requires us to have a bath of disadvantage (ie, large) … which again is not public. Do we to meet ADA requirements (ie sink height, width, etc)? Once again this is a private office, not retail.

You still must comply with the ADA. Do you comply with the ADA means that you must have a disability-accessible bathroom? Not necessarily. The ADA requires employers to take "reasonable steps" to provide facilities for the disabled. What is reasonable? Depends on a million factors. How big of a company are you? How much would that do to be compatible? Is there a current need? If you are in a historic building and the bathroom not is large enough, then what is compatible with major works and would almost certainly not be reasonable. Richard

Your state of emotion, your exercise regimen, the food you eat, and the hours you sleep are all factors in height determination. Click here to read the rest of the article: Free Height Enhancement
