If I'm 6'0 "and 225 pounds, I fit a medium frame Specialized Demo 9 mountain bikes?

I'm looking to sell my Iron Horse Yakuza and buy half of 2006 Specialized Demo 9, but I worry about the size of the frame. Specialized.com looked at some letters and said the maximum height for half would be about 6'0 "to under the 9 Demo. I have a 34" waist and 33 "inseam … any ideas?

Being the same size here goes. I have a med. and a large frame. By technology really tight. things that I use the med. (18 ") for a quick go with the trails open large (20 "). Since this is a demo 9 and go for its intended use with large and you want the extra space so you can move more easily.
