Las Vegas, scale model Eiffel Tower?

I have a geometry project where I have to climb in Las Vegas, Eiffel Tower, but I do not know how, I want to be small, about 12-15inch tall. How do I scale it down that small? please help .. oh and im planning on using tooth picks to make the model .. if that makes a difference
