Is it really necessary to build a Freedom Tower that is 1.1776 foot skyscraper to replace the WTC Bldgs?

The new building will replace destroyed the World Trade Center is expected that one of the tallest buildings in the world at 1776 meters. A huge height. I do not think will ever be another 911. In the city of New York or any other city in the U.S. But I'd love to see a closed path separately from the classes that wrap around the entire exterior of this building upside down or inverted.
