Short stature problem please help!?

Im 5'4 inches "tall man of 17 years and 6 months old my bone age is 18 years old frommy bone radiographs of the hands of Endo said that my growth plates are fully closed and i cannot grow but thats im frm my hand radiographs only 5'4 "inches and a couple of years my bone age was behind and I guess get a growth spurt that there is some i WYA can reach 5'7" and Please no advertising on the height increase scams I've tried them all (really all) now i use templates to make me look taller, but i dont want and want atleast grow to 5'7 "Please tell me what to do anyway? has ever happened that someone grew? please help
