I would seriously doubt that anything can genuinely increase height once you’ve reached your age. There are a lot of gimmicks out there that claim great things, take your money, and don’t do anything…trust me, I’ve tried them! Once you become an adult your body is pretty much how it’s going to be. My advice is to google a forum that talks about real people who have actually used it.
