Is it a good idea to wear elevator shoes?

Hi. I’m 14 and 5′2. I’m never going to be very tall. So when I’m older, I’m going to want to wear elevator shoes, the height increasing shoes that you can find at increasingshoes.com. I think I might wear the 5.5 inch ones. Is it a good idea to wear them? Or will they cause foot pain?

I’ve had to wear a 3 inch shoe on one leg for about 12 months. They cause all sorts of problems because you do not get proper weight-bearing contact and you cannot bend your foot at all. Using these for a long time means that any unused tendons will tighten and are very difficult (if not impossible) to “stretch” out again.

They are also very unstable at 3 inches, so 5.5 inches would be atrocious.

Don’t give up on growing just yet, as you still have a few years to go.

And it’s much healthier to like yourself the way you are – you’d do better to spend your time on that as it will serve you well for life in all aspects of your life.

Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height. Although (if you’re a mature adult) this may sound like a pipe dream, I assure you that it is easier than you think! We’ve all been taught that height is mostly out of our control, that it’s largely determined by genetics. I’m here to tell you that there is more to the story. Of course our gene pool has a lot to do with ones height, but it is definitely not the only factor. Your state of emotion, your exercise regimen, the food you eat, and the hours you sleep are all factors in height determination. Click here to read the rest of the article: Free Height Enhancement
