Does hypnosis to cure a phobia really work?
Has anyone ever had hypnosis to treat / cure a phobia, like fear of flying or fear of heights? Will hypnosis, if effective, be with you for life? If anyone has any experience or opinions I would love to hear them. I'm thinking seeking treatment for my phobia of spiders. thanks
It works well in phobias. For a long life change may take several sessions spread over a few s months to reinforce the new behavior. It's great fun if you find the right hypnotist.

Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height.
