HELP! Where can I buy / build a car patch adjustable piano bench seating?

I am a pianist and my body is very short. I like to keep my elbows level with the keyboard, however, even when a self-adjustable piano bench is available, the toppest may be still too low for me, often need to sit down in a book to practice, let alone perform. Does anyone out there have this problem and find a solution? I will not bring an agenda for the forum when it made because he obviously strange look. I want to find a black foam platform that is lightweight so you can only sit in it. Do you know where I find one? Better yet, is there a device out there that has the dimension of a book and you can adjust the height? Thank you.
