What steps should my body?
I am a woman between the ages of 21-27 My height is 5'1 "My weight is between 145-150 is my weight … "normal weight" without ecersice but eating healthy …. no sodas, candy occasuions … ….. three meals a day (no snacks) I know my inches is be in this ratio height weight? However i would like to be between 120-135 (according to tables of the Army)
Depends on how to carry your weight. If you lose 20 pounds you can probably expect to lose about 3 inches from their current actions.

Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height. Although (if you’re a mature adult) this may sound like a pipe dream, I assure you that it is easier than you think! We’ve all been taught that height is mostly out of our control, that it’s largely determined by genetics. I’m here to tell you that there is more to the story. Of course our gene pool has a lot to do with ones height, but it is definitely not the only factor.
