What should I do with my weight?
Well, I went to a calculator for body mass index that said: Based on height and weight entered, BMI is 18.6, placing the BMI for age in the 49th percentile of girls 12 years 11 months. This child has a healthy weight. It says I have a healthy weight, so do not necessarily want to lose weight, but I my stomach sticks out! What should I do? What foods should I avoid, what should I exercise and How often? HELP ME!
Abdominal do not sit as they are not as effective enough and try to steer clear of high sugar foods and especially salty. i example, can eat a jacket potato and well, but add salt to it and was looking for a man the globe less salt the better. Tho dont cut sugar completely as that your body needs for fuel, but just be aware not to eat much of it: D
Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height. Although (if you’re a mature adult) this may sound like a pipe dream, I assure you that it is easier than you think!
