how to get taller

How do I know when I’m done growing? (I’m a girl)?
My mom said I can buy more expensive clothes when I’m done growing so it won’t be a waste when I get taller or bigger. I know I’m not at my full size yet because I didn’t have my period yet, but what are signs you are done growing? Please don’t answer if you’re going to say “When you don’t get taller or heavier, obviously.” I haven’t grown for a year and I’m 13 and 5′3″. When I say signs I mean like changes in hunger or something like that.
Thanks!
Well, it is pretty obvious. When you stop getting heavier and taller. You are most likely not done growing because you haven’t hit puberty yet. If you haven’t gotten your period you are most likely not done growing. You’re only 13! If you suddenly feel more hungry, aching joints, and your clothes and shoes are becoming a little too small, you are probably going through a growth spurt. You usually stop growing around 16-18. You’ve still got a lot of growing to do. There are no signs of when you are done growing. Just wait until you’re older to buy more expensive clothes. haha, hope i helped!
How To Get Taller Exercises
Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height. Although (if you’re a mature adult) this may sound like a pipe dream, I assure you that it is easier than you think! We’ve all been taught that height is mostly out of our control, that it’s largely determined by genetics. I’m here to tell you that there is more to the story. Of course our gene pool has a lot to do with ones height, but it is definitely not the only factor. Your state of emotion, your exercise regimen, the food you eat, and the hours you sleep are all factors in height determination. Click here to read the rest of the article: Free Height Enhancement
