Natural Ways to Grow Taller, Height increase insoles

There’s no guarantee that you’ll gain height by living healthy since many factors might affect your body height. If you’re still on your puberty phase, the successful rate is higher than if you’re an adult. But becoming healthful is a great thing, anything you obtain from the process should be considered as an extra bonus, included your body height increase. This is one of the best ways to grow taller naturally.

Balanced Diet

Yes, we have all heard this one before and keep hearing it till it starts to repeat itself even in dreams! Hate it as much you want, eating a balanced diet ensures that your body gets the right amount of nutrients required for growth of muscles and tissues. Hence, even if it is not in your genes, eating a balanced diet will definitely boost up your height and give you a good over-all personality.

Proper Amount of Sleep

Another cliché in the list, getting right amount of sleep is essential for increasing height and boosting growth. When the brain gets its relaxation, it is in a better condition to release the growth hormone when you are awake. A tired brain may result in an inactive pituitary gland, which in turn may lead to less amount of growth hormone that is released in the body.

Disciplined Lifestyle

Avoid skipping meals and also eating a heavy meal before going to bed. This reduces the brain’s capability to release growth hormones, which is usually at its peak during the first couple of hours of sleep. Avoid intake of toxic substances like drugs, nicotine and alcohol. Believe it or not, it virtually destroys your healthy tissues and retards growth. Have a decent lifestyle and you will see yourself grow taller with every approaching year!

Yoga:

Yoga is a very good form of exercising with no side effects. Few yoga exercises to increase your height are as follows:

Lie down straight on the floor. Let your body rest comfortably. Then slowly stretch your left foot in the direction of right and right foot in the direction of left. Do not stretch too hard. Then bring back your foot to the normal position. Now stretch your right foot towards right and left foot towards left, but follow the same guidelines while releasing.

Lie down on your stomach and chest. Keep your palms on the ground near the hips. Slowly bend your legs from your knees and lift the legs up. Let your thigh remain on the ground to provide you support. Now take your hands backward and try to hold your legs. Try to stretch your legs as much as possible while keeping your torso uplifted. Don’t try to stretch too much. And then relax slowly.
