Saddle Height Measurements – LeMond?
LeMond method is used (inseam x .833) to set my saddle height and found that the chair is currently about 33 mm too low! If I raise my seat post up to this point, I doubt even be able to touch the ground. I'm missing something here? I'm average height (5'11) – 876 mm inseam. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
"I doubt it will even be able to touch the ground" not is your problem – in a correctly fitted to the road or mountain bike, which should not be able to touch the ground whill sitting in the chair. they are supposed to dismount and put a foot on the ground. Go ahead and raise your chair, I think you will immediately notice that is more powerful and efficient. And learn to feel comfortable starting and stopping without being granted.
Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height. Although (if you’re a mature adult) this may sound like a pipe dream, I assure you that it is easier than you think! We’ve all been taught that height is mostly out of our control, that it’s largely determined by genetics. I’m here to tell you that there is more to the story. Of course our gene pool has a lot to do with ones height, but it is definitely not the only factor. Your state of emotion, your exercise regimen, the food you eat, and the hours you sleep are all factors in height determination. Click here to read the rest of the article: Free Height Enhancement
