Crossbows Replacement 1987 GMC 1500 Suburban Suspension?
Hello, My 1987 GMC 1500 Suburban has air springs, the road is steep and are at 100psi (which only lasts a day now) again scratches in the assault). It almost has 100k on it and with local roads constantly under construction bounces much. My goal is to raise the rear about 4 inches (which makes air springs, tighten the rear, and get the best price. My mechanic said to put 2500 or more sources in it. I found a place in Allentown – Stengel Bros – $ 167 for each spring, $ 560 for the two springs, screws, or, and shackles, $ 240 for labor work, a total of $ 700. My brother replaced the suspension on his Mustang, and thinks it can, but we must get heavier Jack is to make the Suburban (cost $ 100?). I live in Glenside, PA 19038 area. What are your suggestions for solving the problem of height and rebound, so the savings can be expected to get sources in a junkyard, labor is $ 240 worth, and you know any place in the area? Since you found this site, I assume you are interested in gaining a few extra inches of height.
