How can I tell if me or my kids are the correct height and weight for our ages? For example my step son will be 12 in July and he is 4′11, 165 pounds, I am 31 years old , 5 foot 1 and I weigh 140 pounds. My two girls are 80 pounds and are 10 and 11, thier height is 4′9. My 14 year old girl is 150 pounds, 5.3 in height, is there a chart I can get to see how we all are doing?

the 165 pound boy is a bit heavy. I was 160 when I was like 16 @ 5′3” and I could have lost weight.
The 14 yr old girl is a little heavy too.

What you want is something called BMI.
This tells if you’re in healthy rages based on age/weight/height.
