How tall is a giant?

This question arose from a heated Internet debate on the official height of giants. My argument is that any anything under 8 'would make a very small giant. Therefore 10 'or more should be the cutoff. if you are 6'5 ", can be high, but you are a giant dwarf standards. serious answers would be appreciated.

Anything over 10 feet is a dwarf, but I saw a giant that is 20 feet high and is a giraffe is the tallest in the world.
