road bike size height chart
2010

It is a 55 cm right bike for me? Height 5'7, 33-inch throw?
I just ordered a Bianchi hybrid / commuter line bicycle because they did not sell in the U.S. more and so tight I could not get in a bike shop. I had to make do with the information I found web, graphics, size calculators support, etc. 5 '7 (170 cm), and my real seam (not my jeans, my real crotch) is 33 inches (84 cm). I am a woman, and I bought a "male" bike, because I do not like to step through frames. The only sizes offered were: 47-51 – 55. Did I reserving the right choice of 55 cm? Do you think I will fit? Does the fact that it is a hybrid to make a difference? All the calculators I used were for road bikes or so.
You have rather long legs for her height, which means it probably has a short torso. Without knowing the exact model bought, it is difficult to know how long a top tube of your new bike has. My guess? The bike is probably too big for you.
