Comments format in Excel 2007?

I have many comments and I want them to be all the same size, color, border weight, eliminate the shadows, change the shape of car, and change the settings of the movement. I want the height to .26 "I want the width to be 3.7" Color: Light green form, the edges no source rounded Tacoma 9, bold and have to move and the size of the cells. How can I change all at once??? I do not think the strategy has used Excel.
