Internet Explorer or Internet Exploder?

Looking for web designers tired of fixing bugs in IE.
by Pixel Productions Inc.

Seriously, are there Internet designers who have made such as Internet Explorer or as I like to call "Exploder"? Who could design such as web pages slow running a browser that constantly has problems displaying text, images, columns, properties, etc, with the added value of life accidents? Simply I can not imagine.

One thing I do know is that Internet Explorer is a giant thorn in the side of the web designers. As web designers who are constantly and checking compatibility of browsers. And there is a browser that really stands out for causing problems and hours of troubleshooting. So is – Internet Exploder! Worse, worry more than one version. There IE5, IE6, IE7, IE8, and cousin everyone hates Vista. They all have their own problems special and quarks. It is especially bright when you post a problem and creates a new one in another version.

Until we get rid of completely Exploder. . . we prepared a short list of common problems that can really make an ugly web page in Internet Explorer (just pick a version). Oh, their solutions are listed also just in case you feel the need to deal with the machine Exploder.

1. IE6 double margin of error when using float property on a div
Common, but at least it's easy to fix. If you use the margins of a margin value floated DIV, most of the time but not always, be doubled. • The solution is simple. Add screen: the property online.

2. Height: 100% absolutely positioned div does not work.
Do not understand 100% because is IE6. You have to add a fixed height for parents.
• If you want to have 100% of your body what it needs to add height: 100% in the html and body panels.

3. Why are not my transparent PNG?
Surprise! Another thing that IE6 does not understand. Here is the patch:
• background-color: transparent;
• Filter: progid: DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader (src = "yourPNG.png", sizingMethod = 'crop');

4. My Stacking columns floated instead of floating side by side.
This is quite common too. If you have a div, input, or no larger than the column width, is likely to move under the other columns.
• Solution: Look inside your column for an item that is larger than the column width and correct.

5. Why are my list bullets aligned with my text?
Because people still use Internet Exploder. . . Do not worry, you probably have a top padding on your list element (() li, etc.)..
• Just put a top margin instead and that should solve the problem in all versions of Explorer.

6. Why is my web page focused on all browsers except Internet Explorer.
You gotta love it!
• You are probably lost your code DOCTYPE at the top of his right above the html page () and () head tags.
• This code may seem unnecessary, but do not be fooled. . . make sure you have on your page.

(! DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "- / / W3C / / DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional / / EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd")
() Html
() Head

While Internet Explorer there will be people finding ways to fix it is bugs. But ask yourself. . . Is it really necessary to continue catering to Internet Explorer? Maybe if we leave out of our way to make things work in Internet Explorer that will only disappear. There are plenty of web browsers out there, as now, FireFox, Mozilla, Opera and Safari simply do not have all the design issues has Exploder. Web designers, it's time to unite and put an end to this conspiracy – Let your customers know that there are alternatives.
