What supplements should my child to grow taller?
She is twelve. And I'm a bad father for not learning about nutritional supplements before! Flintstones Vitamins not work well for growth in height? That's all we are concerned, growth in height! What the hell are supplements fish oil that Kelly Ripa is talking about? Please help! I die of shame if my child will always be shorter than the other because it was a bad father.
Good nutrition in general is the best bet, not vitamin supplements. Follow the Food Guide Pyramid for the number of servings of fruits, vegetables, grains grain, meat, fats, etc http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Food_guide_pyramid or better yet, see a doctor. There is no shame, nor is it a good parent, a child is shorter than other children. It is mostly genetics. His self-demeaning attitude surprises me. You must teach your child confidence, preferably by example as well as feeding healthy food.
