Iyengar yoga
Iyengar yoga, one of the methods practiced widely-world, emphasizes proper alignment of all body parts within each yoga posture. This addition increases the strength and endurance – the balance and flexibility – and a new sense of wellbeing.

Iyengar Yoga Relieves Lower Back Pain
