CSS help place?

Well, I have a background in the body, then I too have a div that is supposed to look like a bottom of the table. I have a lot problems with this div background, or is cut in half the page, or interferes with my browsing in any way. So – 1. How can I make a div be adjustable in height to fill the whole page and not to cut? (Same as here: http://www.gptlist.com/CSSTEST2.html) 2. Or when I do not set for court my flash navigation menu suddenly disappears .. For no reason. Unfortunately, some browsers will simply turn its back on the protruding on the div annex across the bottom of the enclosing div. It is a grrr … and everyone runs it occasionally. About the best you can do is put a little "tacky" after setting the inner div, that is, something I'm going to break things and "force" the div out to continue their work. What I use is a paragraph something invisible, to: 0; padding: 0 48px; "> & Nbsp;

(close the nbsp Amper and there, where Yahoo! Lemme no!, or use, in contrast, the discrete period a lil ol'' …) Hope this helps …
