How to grow taller just 3inches?

I am an asian male and my height is 172cm,my age is 17,what should i do in order to grow taller few inches,i want my height to become at least 178-180cm,i had been doing stretching exercises for about 1/2 year and my height seems to be the same…Beside stretching,does it still have any other way to gain height?Please answer me,you help will be appreciated…

Please don’t go down the vitamins or supplements route as has been suggested, they are all scams (that incudes the secret growth hormone supplements which have never been through any clinical trials that I can find).

But it is possible to increase your height by about three inches after your normal growing phase finishes at between 18 and 21 by exercising.
